Summer Darlings is an enjoyable book filled with people who are not what they seem. From the perfect couple, Ted and Jean-Rose Williams, who hire Heddy, to the fun-loving and very famous actress Gigi who lives next door, to two possible love interests. You can visualize the impeccable, tasteful homes, the private beaches and the early 60s styles. And there’s some fun nostalgic references of people and places from the period. You'll be rooting for Heddy.
