Into the Blue - an emotional story of star-crossed lovers set in the world of entertainment.

In 2000, AJ Graves is 17 when she meets 21-year-old Noah Drew, who starts working with her at a video rental store in their small Massachusetts town. He's the youngest member of the Drew acting dynasty. They quickly become close. Drew's great-aunt Eudora gives them acting and improv lessons. And then Noah disappears. They reunite seven years later when an opportunity arises to create an unscripted prequel to the sixties sci-fi show Astronauticals, which starred Eudora, and was a show AJ and Noah had loved watching together. AJ dreams of writing SNL, but this offers her a unique opportunity to showcase her improv and writing talents. It also gives her time to spend with Noah. As the years progress, the star-crossed lovers unite and part. The reason for Noah's inability to stay with AJ whenever things intensify is revealed.

Into the Blue by Emma Brodie is a deeply emotional story about two people who love each another, but circumstances have made it challenging, with Noah continually pushing AJ away. While I couldn't relate to the parts focused on the new intergalactic sci-fi TV series they created named Into the Blue, I did connect to the tender tale of two people who seemed destined to be together. Get ready for some tears.
