The Wasp Trap - a tense locked-room mystery thriller that will keep you guessing.

In 1999, six recent college graduates were recruited by former psychology professor Sebastian Marlowe to develop a dating website. The group believed this project would lead to great wealth. Among them, Georgina and Theo fell in love. Twenty-five years later, the two are married, with two daughters, and living in a large house in London's Notting Hill. Upon learning of Sebastian's death, they decided to invite everyone to their home to reunite and honor the memory of their former mentor. The group includes Will, a writer who has yet to complete a novel, and Sophie, the woman he has held a torch for. Rohan was seeking funding for a start-up, and Lily, the tech genius, was working on a new, big idea. Shortly after their arrival, the group is held captive and told that each must confess a dark secret they have been hiding since 1999. Their captor threatens anyone unwilling to comply.

The Wasp Trap by Mark Edwards is a claustrophobic, locked-room mystery thriller that initially withholds the reason for the group's predicament. As the story unfolds, it becomes evident that most of the group members are not being honest, endangering everyone. The story shifts back and forth from the present to 1999, as the dating site was being developed, along with a secret project to identify psychopaths. This tense, creative story will keep you guessing. And when you think everything has finally been revealed, unexpected twists occur. Enjoy the ride.
