The French Illusion - a group out for revenge is kidnapping American honeymooners in Paris.

Chelsea and Paul Tanner are in Paris enjoying their honeymoon. While traveling in a taxi, they are drugged, kidnapped, separated, and taken to an unknown location. Their parents receive demands for $2 million each to secure their release. The families soon learn that there have been other American couples kidnapped in the same way. The kidnappers have motives beyond merely obtaining ransom money; they seek revenge. But for what? Once the FBI, CIA, and French Intelligence become involved, a very risky plan is devised to rescue the people who have been kidnapped. 

John Grisham explores new ground with The French Illusion. This gripping, fast-paced thriller was highly entertaining and difficult to put down.
