She is obsessed with posting every aspect of her life but when someone obsessed with Audrey starts to emerge, her life starts to change. After moving from New York City to Washington DC for an exciting new job, Audrey is receiving strange postings and believes she is being followed. The story is told from the perspectives of Audrey, her best friend Cat, a successful attorney in DC who has some secrets of her own, and “Him” - Audrey’s stalker.
This book is thrilling, creepy and scary as it shows how vulnerable users of social media are. I was intrigued by the means in which our privacy is truly not our own if we’re not careful. A cautionary tale.
