When the perfect home is about to come on the market, Margot is determined to ensure that it becomes hers. And she'll do anything to get it. Anything.

In her debut novel, Best Offer Wins, author Marisa Kashino has created a woman who slowly unravels as her dream of the perfect home, complete with a baby and a dog, appears to be slipping away. This suspenseful and often humorous tale requires a full suspension of disbelief as Margot, who is quick on her feet with a lie, is not a likable character. Yet you might find yourself initially rooting for her. If you enjoy browsing Zillow and you're okay with an unhinged main character, you're going to enjoy this wild ride.
